Hydrating: tremella extract, AKA snow mushroom, and glycerin are natural humectants which have the ability to draw moisture from the environment and into the skin, providing you with lasting hydration.
Moisturizing: our carefully selected blend of nourishing oils lock in hydration and prevent it from escaping. These oils create a protective barrier on the skin, preventing dryness and flakiness.
Breakout Reducing: willow bark extract reduces inflammation and provides mild exfoliation. Niacinamide reduces redness, regulates oil production, and minimizes the appearance of enlarged pores. Black cumin seed oil provides natural antimicrobial properties.
Line Smoothing: a 1% concentration of bakuchiol (a natural alternative to retinol) has line smoothing properties as well as the ability to speed up cell regeneration, and improve skin elasticity and texture. Promegranate seed oil helps promote collagen production.
Brightening: bearberry extract contains arbutin, a compound known for its skin brightening properties. Licorice root extract also helps to fade dark spots and prevent new ones from forming.
Antioxidant Protection: our oils of blackcurrant, hibiscus, sea buckthorn and vitamin E are rich in antioxidants which provide protection against environmental stressors that can damage the skin.
How to use
Shake bottle well before each use to combine the two phases. Dispense a few drops of product into hands and massage onto clean face and neck. For best results use in your morning and evening skincare routine. Store away from heat and direct sunlight.
*patch testing is always recommended before trying a new product. This can be done by applying a small amount of product to your forearm and waiting 24 hours to see if irritation occurs.

What is a bi-phase serum?
A bi-phase serum is one that contains both a water and an oil phase, and it becomes activated once the phases are mixed together.
What is the benefit of using a bi-phase serum?
Most serums you find on the market will be either purely oil based or water based. A bi-phase serum allows you to get the benefits of both oil and water based ingredients within one product.
Can I use this with other products?
If using other skincare products, apply The Solution after lighter/water based serums but before moisturizers/creams and SPF. If you don’t have very dry skin, you should find The Solution to be moisturizing enough on its own.
Is it safe for all skin types?
This product was formulated to suit all skin types. However, we always recommend patch testing and waiting 24 hours to make sure there is no reaction, and we encourage you to look through the ingredients list before buying to make sure there are no ingredients you are allergic or sensitive to.
Will this leave my face feeling greasy like some oil based products do?
Thanks to the water phase as well as a blend of lightweight and fast absorbing emollients, this product will not feel greasy or heavy on your skin.
Is this product pregnancy safe?
We don't use any ingredients known to be harmful during pregnancy or breastfeeding, but we always recommend consulting with a healthcare practitioner before trying a new product.
What is the shelf life of this product?
Once opened, we recommend using this product within 12 months. Store away from sunlight and heat.
Does this product have a scent?
We don't use artificial fragrances, but there is a low concentration of essential oils which gives it a delicate scent.
